Daily life at True Nature
Simple days, good food and good company.
Mornings start with birdsong and a quiet walk to the shala. After practice, breakfast. Then the day opens up.
Some guests join the day's trip to a waterfall or temple. Others read in a hammock, nap, write, wobble on the slackline, wander the lanes between the rice fields or help Ning pick vegetables. Late afternoon brings yoga again as the heat drops. Dinner at the long table is loud and warm, and most people are in bed by 9:30.
It rains in the green season and it gets chilly on winter mornings. The dogs will find you. You will probably make friends from three continents. That is daily life here.
