Sticky Waterfall
A day trip to Bua Tong, the "sticky waterfall", where the limestone is grippy enough to climb up the falls.

Waterfalls, temples, elephants, ice baths — or a hammock. Your call.
Yoga and meditation are the heart of the retreat. Around them, we run optional trips and activities so you can see a bit of northern Thailand while you are here.
Activities usually start around 10:30am, after breakfast. They are all optional, and most cost extra for transport or the activity itself — we always tell you the price before you sign up. Spending the whole day in a hammock with a book is also a valid choice.

Visit a family-owned elephant sanctuary near Chiang Mai and meet the elephants up close.

Visit Wat Ban Den, one of the most beautiful temples in the area, and see a little of everyday Thai Buddhist life.

Traditional Thai massage is a lovely partner to a week of yoga. We can arrange a session for you.

Ning's class is fun and easy-going. Cook Thai dishes in the open-air kitchen, then eat everything you made.

Our own ice bath, for guided cold-water sessions. Expect squealing, then laughing.

Workshops run on rotation 2–3 times per week and vary depending on the current teaching team.
We plan the next day's activity together over dinner. If there is something you really want to do, tell us early and we will do our best to make it happen.
