Famous for her food and her one-of-a-kind personality. According to our guests, the best chef in northern Thailand. She grew up in rural north-east Thailand and ran Ning's Kitchen cooking school before True Nature.

Ning's mum brings her motherly care to everyone here. You will often find her helping prepare meals — and keeping the whole place spotless.

Ning's brother, from the same rural area of Isaan where he grew up and spent most of his adult life.

Ning's daughter. She grew up in Bangkok and moved to Chiang Mai at 14. We hope she will take over True Nature one day.

Pim helps in the kitchen, welcomes guests, handles check-ins and check-outs, does the odd 7-Eleven run — and, her favourite job, looks after the four-legged team.
Ever wondered why the garden always looks so good? That is Pi Nut. He looks after the gardens so the rest of us can relax in them.
Our cats and dogs are very much part of the family. They will greet you, follow you to the shala and occasionally join class.
