How long should you stay at True Nature?

3–4 nights, 6–7 nights or 10+ nights. Here is how to choose.

Arrival dates are flexible and the minimum stay is 3 nights. Come for a few days to reset, or stay longer and let the routine settle in.

These are not separate programmes with fixed start dates. Everyone joins the same daily rhythm — practice, meals, rest — for as long as they are here. People arrive on different days, so the group is always a mix of first-dayers and old hands.

3–4 nights
A great start

Time to arrive, sleep in the quiet, and get a feel for the daily rhythm.

6–7 nights
Go deeper

A full week of practice, long breakfasts and lazy afternoons. The routine starts to carry you.

10+ nights
Truly transform

Long enough for the practice to become a habit. Long-stayers tend to end up on first-name terms with the dogs.

Which stay length is right for me?

3–4 nights — a great start

Good if you are short on time, new to yoga or meditation, or want a quiet stop in the middle of a longer trip around Thailand. Day one is for arriving; by day three you know the rhythm.

6–7 nights — go deeper

A week gives you time to stop rushing. The classes start to feel familiar, you stop checking the time, and the daily rhythm does the work. This is the length we suggest most often.

10+ nights — truly transform

Ten nights or more is long enough for the morning practice to become a habit you can take home. Long-stayers also get first pick of the hammocks.

Not sure? Start with the time you have. Lots of guests extend once they are here, if there is space.
