What are the classes like?
Morning classes are focused on building vitality, energy and making you feel alive. You can expect elements from Vinyasa, Hatha and Alignment-based yoga carefully sequenced to energize, invigorate, stretch and strengthen the entire body. These classes are suitable for everyone and will allow you to explore your own limits in a safe and supported manner.
Afternoon classes are a unique mix of slow flow, restorative, mobility and yin yoga. These sessions offer a deep release for the body and space for the mind to settle. Through gentle movement, longer holds and the support of props, we give the body time to soften and unwind, allowing physical tension and emotional stress to ease.
Who teaches?
Classes are led by Adam and the True Nature teaching team. True Nature is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200), and Adam has been teaching yoga for over a decade.
We have two open-air shalas with mountain views and all the gear: mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and more. No need to pack a mat.
